Membership Rules 
Association membership is comprised of active and retired enlisted personnel of the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard. These same eligibility requirements apply to the Enlisted Association National Guard of the United States (EANGUS). Members pay annual dues to both EANG-NJ and EANGUS, based on rank.
